As part of an ongoing relationship with the district, SFA Architects, parent company of PDT Architects, recently completed a long-term strategic feasibility study/demographic study/master plan of the schools. While growth of the student population and the need to update aging buildings were critical issues, accommodations for educational program changes were the paramount. Our services included demographic analysis of the district, building assessment, consensus building, site planning, master planning and budgeting.
