In June of 2008, Sean Rugless, President and Chief Executive Officer of this chapter, approached our design staff with a vision to create a chamber that was more advantageous for member use, a need for additional work space for a growing staff and a desire to create a new exterior to re-brand their existence in the Walnut Hills community. The design team created a master plan that we will carry through construction documents that will address the original needs of the Chamber and specifically include an addition of 1500 square feet to the current structure, exterior elevation and signage upgrades and all new interior finishes and furnishings.
