MIAMI UNIVERSITY
SFA Architects, PDT Architects parent company, provided complete master/space planning, architectural, engineering and interior design services for the renovation of this Georgian-style academic building at Miami University.
The plan included four individual foreign language departments, with offices, conference rooms, library/resource center, classrooms and lecture halls. Great consideration was given to creating a building 'identity' for the language departments with the use of significant architectural detail and design elements. State-of-the-art audio, visual and communications technology were included in the design of the lecture halls and media lab.
