DUKE REALITY CORPORATION
For this medical office project PDT designed and constructed two similar medical office buildings in close proximity to Jewish Hospital. At a little over 42,000 square feet each, these two-story designs serve as the location for various doctors offices.
Since the site for this project was located in a primarily residential area, the design of the buildings had to address and accommodate various space restrictions. PDT also coordinated and worked through a number of zoning issues that had to be resolved when the jurisdiction of the project changed from Hamilton County to local officials.
