The project is the first major mid-town Class "A" office development on Cincinnati's I-71 corridor, and the largest development to date by its owner. PDT has been involved in master planning the site, establishing the design aesthetic, coordinating garage structure and civil, and providing construction documents. Phase I, a 60,000 SF office building pursues LEED core and shell certification as well as LEED Commercial Interiors certification.
