The Seasons is a Continuing Care Retirement Community located on 13 acres in suburban Cincinnati, and provides a full range of care for seniors. For independent seniors, the Seasons offers a 216-unit, seven-story apartment building, featuring a dramatic five-story, sky lit atrium. Ten unique apartment floor plans range in size from a 723 square foot one-bedroom unit to a 1,319 square foot two-bedroom/two-bathroom unit.
The project also includes gourmet dining facilities, outdoor pool, fitness center, a number of activity spaces, administrative offices, and support facilities. Graciously appointed public areas provide a warm, inviting environment in keeping with the fine residential properties of the area. Complimenting the independent-living units is the Courtyard at Seasons, offering 83 assisted-living apartments and 45 skilled-care nursing beds.
