With nearly twenty years of direct and oversight responsibilities for projects that number in the hundreds and that have addressed innumerable image, operational and cost benefit compromises, Bob is keenly aware of how critical collaboration and listening are. "While we have gained considerable expertise in the operation of a number of organizations, each has its own particular style and success recipe. I think it would be presumptuous of me to tell a successful operator how to run their organization. Our value is to assist our business partners in maximizing their investment by understanding their particular operational style, personnel, resources and goals and to compliment that with the knowledge we have gained of their industry through our experience and the architectural expertise they typically do not have. It may be a commentary on architectural education, but all too often new clients confide that their previous architect seemed to have the "solution" before the problem was fully disclosed. We work diligently to stay focused on our clients' priorities."
